We currently do not offer physical gift cards. After we have processed your order, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code that can be used during checkout to redeem its value. If the gift card is not for you, the email should be forwarded to the gift recipient.

Q. What if the gift card code is lost or misplaced?

• We can issue an updated card to our original customer.

Q. How can I determine the balance of the gift card?

• We can email the remaining balance.

Q. How can the gift card be redeemed?

• When making a purchase, the gift card holder can redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate filed at checkout.
• Gift card codes are not case sensitive.
• If the balance available on the gift card greater to or equal to the order total, the customer can click complete order.
• If the balance available on the gift card ism less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Q. Can a gift card be used to purchase a gift card?

• No.

Q. Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

• Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total, which includes shipping and taxes. 

Q. Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

• Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Q. Can the gift card be reloaded?

• No, you cannot reload a gift card.

Q. Does the gift card expire?

• Yes, the gift card expires 5 years from date of issuance.

Q. Are there any fees charges in connection with the gift card?

• No, the full amount of the gift card is available to be redeemed and no fees are deducted from the card.
