Use a mild detergent

Wash in cold water

Hang dry (if you need to use a dryer, tumble dry with low heat)

Do not dry clean

Do not bleach

Do not use fabric softener, which may degrade the screen printed design and cause it to crack or fade

If you need to iron your shirt, do so with the shirt inside out.
